This channel provides the company a direct communication channel and better insight into current customer trends. The Lucknow store displays copiers, projectors, cameras, binoculars, visual communication products, laser printers as well as toner and genuine refills.
Ricoh India product line up comprises single-function and multi-function printers, for both home and office use. For instance, the SP 111 is the first jam-free printer, and the SP 210 (‘kanjoos – much in use’) has highest duty cycle (20,000 pages) and RAM (120 MB) in the industry, supported by Ricoh’s Genuine Refill Program which gives the customer a smooth and hassle free printing experience.
At the Ricoh Brand Store, customers can also experience the Ricoh THETA m15, a spherical camera that captures the space around the user with just one touch.
