Ricoh introduces Web Call Log facility

Ricoh India has announced the enhancement of its website for support to all our customers (except ITS). Customers can now log in their service /toner request, 24×7, through this online feature, and also check their request status. No company other than Ricoh offers this facility in India as of now.

The way this facility works is simple:

  • On entering his machine serial number, customer gets to see his Request ID as a confirmation of request registration and future reference
  • The request will be automatically assigned to a service engineer without any delay; with service support being available during Ricoh’s standard working hours
